RBC Capital Markets has made Bobby Grubert the Head of U.S. Equities, adding to his responsibilities as Head of Trading. Also in New York, RBC hired John Lavora to sell U.S. securities to Canadian clients. Lavora was at CITI Global Markets
And in London, RBC Capital Markets has hired Tim Harman to the sales desk, covering UK and Scandinavian accounts. Harman was at BMO Capital Markets. In addition, RBC hired Daniel Shailer as a Sales Trader focused on European accounts for North American equity trading.
