Pearson to acquire Administrative Assistants Ltd.

Good news for the founder and shareholders of privately-held Burlington’s Administrative Assistants Ltd., a Wellington Financial Fund III portfolio company. Earlier today, NYSE-listed Pearson announced that it had agreed to acquire AAL. AAL provides centralized software solutions that collect, store and retrieve student information throughout Canada and the USA. The US$12B Pearson continues to consolidate the marketplace, and AAL’s client footprint meshed perfectly.
