Advisory Council member appointed to Bank of Canada board

Congrats are in order to our advisory council member Phil Deck, Chairman and CEO of our former portfolio co., MKS Inc. The Federal Finance Minister announced this morning that Phil has been appointed to the board of the Bank of Canada.

Our advisory council is a volunteer resource for our portfolio companies and LPs, and Phil is generous with his time.

Congrats to Phil. And good for the government to put a successful tech entrepreneur into a key role. There are a lot more jobs in tech these days than pulp & paper.
