Danny King begins title defence today

Under what I can imagine will be delightfully sunny skies, Danny King will begin the defence of his 2005 Canadian Club Professional title at Florida’s Port at Lucie tomorrow. As part of our marketing and outreach program, Wellington Financial is Danny’s first corporate sponsor. Canada does a great job of developing hockey and skiing stars, but there aren’t very many Mike Weir’s in our midst.

Although Danny missed PGA Q-school cut by one stroke (bogey on 18 on day four), he feels well prepared for the week. Recently came 6th in the Bermuda Open. Scores will be posted at CPGA.com.
